A: Nerdy engagement photos!
So that’s what we did for that couple you see above playing Nintendo Switch! Granted, Sarah & Abe are also nature lovers, so you’ll see plenty of that too because West Point on the Eno is gorgeous, but the games at the end of the session brought out the truest of this couples’ personalities. And you gotta love Abe’s hot pink Chucks. I think I need a pair myself.
Kudos to this couple for braving the heat on 7/11. And kudos for them bringing their masks along and practicing social distancing with us. There were certainly a lot of people about doing neither of those things, but we’re at least doing what we can.

Game time! Now, that may look like a book they’re holding, but it’s a puzzle book, so the story involves mazes and word challenges, and all sorts of good stuff like that. Exercise for your brain!
And then we broke out the portable gaming systems to end the session with some competition and laughs.
