No two wedding days are the same, so take them with a couple grains of salt, but these sample wedding day timelines are a good foundation for you to use to build your custom timeline.

We love first looks for emotional reasons first and foremost. With a first look, the first time you two see one another is a calm, romantic moment without your whole guest list watching or an officiant standing right next you. At a first look, you get to talk to each other too, which definitely helps calm any nerves you might be feeling before the ceremony. From a practical standpoint, first looks also free up a lot of time right after the ceremony, so you'll see that difference in these sample timelines.

But we know first looks aren't for everyone! And if you really want the traditional walking-down-the-aisle moment, then yes! do that. You'll probably end up having extra getting ready time with your closest circle so yay! Just be sure to factor in the sunset time so you don't end up having to take your group photos after dark (unless you want to).
