Love is fun & colorful.
Your wedding photos should be too.
This summer, the Kivii spent a lot of time in downtown Raleigh (helps that we live here haha) and Aunt Bettys was one of the new bars we got to visit. When Gina & Derek suggested doing some of their engagement photos at the speakeasy gin bar, I jumped at the chance. The aesthetic is so wonderful, and the drinks are top-notch. Gina & Derek are fantastic too! Very much looking forward to their wedding in the spring!
Here are some more favorites from their Aunt Bettys + downtown Raleigh engagement session:
After waiting out the summer heat with drinks at Aunt Bettys, we moved out to the train station area of Raleigh’s warehouse district for some more portraits as the sun began its descent.
When the sun was low enough, we went up to the Dillon roof deck, where I always want to take advantage of the open skies for a silhouette or two.
The watcher:
Keep your eyes peeled for their wedding photos in May!!!
