Katy & Monica’s Chapel Hill Engagement Session

Y’all already know how much I love doing Chapel Hill engagement photos, but what’s new is how much I loved spending time with these two amazing ladies. Katy & Monica, both physical therapists, are a perfect love story – they’ll be married in September and that marriage will have started on a foundation of friendship. They’re obviously awesome because not only are they getting married in my beloved Chapel Hill, but they also love Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

We started their session with a brief foray into the arboretum on UNC’s campus, dodging rain and mud, before heading to a couple of their favorite spots: The Belltree Speakeasy and La Residence. Then, we met up again a couple days later to get some shots with their adorable dogs, featured above (and more below).
