Love is fun & colorful.
Your wedding photos should be too.
LOVEBIRDS!!! Look at these two beautiful humans! This was an elegant southern wedding and the bride and groom were the most gracious southern hosts. Here are some of my favorite photos from Annalise and Stephen’s wedding day.
I love the arches at the St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Kinston! We ended up doing a lot of the group formals with this pretty courtyard as the backdrop.
Look at these ladies getting ready. Matching silk robes! Popping champagne! Doing their makeup! And the end result was so elegant. The pale green bridesmaids dresses were a great color and truly flattered each pretty lady.
This next one is one of my favorite pictures I’ve ever taken. Annalise’s mom was doing everything she could to keep from crying (tears of joy obviously) – that’s real wedding emotion. Sniffle.
Over on the gents’ side of the church, there was plenty of advice and prayer. Stephen is one of five boys, so about half those groomsmen are his brothers. (Annalise meanwhile has three sisters, so this was definitely a family affair!)
The pair had a lovely ceremony inside this striking sanctuary at St. Mary’s.
Bogue stopped by to greet the newlyweds before they headed to the reception! You remember Bogue from their engagement session right?
And on to the reception at Kinston Country Club, where the decor was elegant, the food delicious, and the dancing superb.
After the last dance, time for an elegant exit!
That’s a wrap on this elegant southern wedding. John and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to spend the day with them. Check out some of the other great vendors who helped below.
