Dana & Raj’s Indian Fusion Wedding at Sylvan Heights Bird Park
Y’all this wedding is all about the details! Everything from the custom Steelers towels, to the feather jewelry, to Luna the winged ring bearer was perfectly put together for Dana & Raj’s wedding, which took place at a bird sanctuary in Scotland Neck, NC called Sylvan Heights Bird Park. Here are some of my favorites from their beautiful Indian fusion wedding:
While the gals enjoyed some getting ready mimosas, the guys took shots and goofed off (or so John tells me…)
And with her wedding towel in hand, Dana headed off to the ceremony where her brother walked her down the aisle. Note the cool custom aisle runner!
And NOW, may I introduce Luna, the ring bearer. She did such a great job and everyone was in awe.
After the wedding towel twist, we ran off with Dana & Raj to get photos with their feathered friends (and their human friends and family too..)
So many incredible birds! This goose, Matilda, was my favorite because she was so friendly, but there were several others greeting guests as they entered the reception tent.
Speaking of the reception, the newlyweds had a costume change in store. Aren’t they stunning in their red and blue?
The deep vibrant colors continued on in the reception, with roses, candlelight, and a wonderfully colorful cake by
Edible Art Bakery.
Some dance floor action and calling it a night!
This is a wedding I certainly will not forget, and we’re working on their album now so I can’t wait to get that order in!
So many thanks to the amazing vendor team:
