Blue Hour Couples Portraits
Hector & Brenda: Blue Hour Couples Portraits in downtown Raleigh
Blue hour is the time AFTER the sun sets. This is when you’ll get the most saturated and vivid skies, as daylight fades entirely. More people are familiar with golden hour, just before sunset, well-known for it’s warm light and golden tones. But I’ve always been partial to blue hour, because it’s more colorful.
Hector & Brenda were down to meet up just before sun set to have the majority of their session take place during blue hour. About these two: Brenda is the force behind her event planning business Con Amor by Sucetty and Hector is her more behind-the-scenes rock, which is pretty much John & I to a tee. It was so much fun to meet up with them and traipse around the warehouse district, dancing, laughing, and, at the end, blowing bubbles.
Some of my favorites from the session:

BUBBLES!!!

Thanks for having fun with deep blue skies with me you two!!
